Pari says three substitutions were offered within one month of an infant night-care arrangement in Kalyani Nagar, Pune. Each had different hours and rates. The household had expected an all-inclusive monthly quote, a named coordinator and written confirmation of duties.
The requirement and budget were discussed on July 15, 2025. A candidate profile was shared and the first payment recorded on July 20. Pari reported the problem on July 21, escalated it with supporting records on July 23 and followed up on August 19.
Pari says the escalation desk offered service credits instead of a refund. A replacement lasted one week before the attendance issue returned.
Pari cites a subscription invoice and a dated list of missed visits.
