THE FULL STORY

Bhavna Raheja says an infant night-care invoice for the family in Sector 62, Noida, increased after the first visit and included a coordination fee that had not been mentioned in the earlier call. The household had expected written duties and a named coordinator available on a dedicated phone line.

The family discussed its requirements and budget on November 1, 2020. A candidate profile was shared and the first payment recorded on November 5. Raheja reported the billing problem on November 6 and escalated it with supporting records on November 8. Raheja followed up on December 5.

Raheja says a coordinator proposed changing the service plan and waiving one visit. A replacement lasted one week before attendance problems returned.

Raheja cites a school timetable, chat screenshots and an escalation ticket.
