Khushboo Malhotra says a housekeeper proposed for a pet-owning home in Kalyani Nagar, Pune, lacked experience with the stated care routine despite what the profile described. The household had expected a written leave and substitution policy, a named coordinator and written duties.
The requirement and budget were discussed on April 4, 2019. A candidate profile was shared and the first payment recorded on April 9. Malhotra reported the mismatch on April 10, escalated it with supporting records on April 12 and followed up on May 14.
Malhotra says support opened an attendance ticket and asked for the duty sheet. The service was cancelled and credit was received for unused days.
