Ayush Aggarwal says a driver and errands service in Pune’s Kalyani Nagar area did not start as expected before the household moved homes. The family wanted a confirmed start, a named coordinator and written duties. Instead, Aggarwal says messages came from different coordinators with conflicting start dates.
The requirement and budget were discussed on July 2, 2021. A candidate profile was shared and an initial payment recorded on July 7. By July 8, Aggarwal had reported a mismatch around the planned start. Aggarwal escalated the mismatch on July 10, citing a profile PDF, onboarding email and two follow-up messages.
Aggarwal says the company reported removing the worker from its active roster and offered a fresh shortlist. Aggarwal declined further profiles. At the August 11 check, the matter was still unresolved.
