Ojasvi says three substitutions were offered in one month for an after-school babysitter arrangement in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, with different hours and rates for each. The household had expected a background-checked worker with two references, a named coordinator and duties confirmed in writing.
The requirement and budget were discussed on February 8, 2020. A candidate profile was shared and the first payment recorded on February 13. Ojasvi reported a problem on February 14, escalated it with supporting records on February 16 and followed up on March 19.
Ojasvi says a relationship manager sent two replacement profiles without confirming availability. After the final follow-up, the family moved to a direct hire.
Ojasvi cites a booking invoice and a WhatsApp export.
