Reddit user Thick_Fee3279 says they paid ₹7,655.84 for a three-month Broomees plan on 17 March 2025, then waited 10–12 days for the first placement. That worker came for one day before taking unannounced leave and disappearing, according to the customer.
A second worker was assigned on 2 April. The customer says this person could not cook to the household’s needs and requested a change after 15 days. A third cook assigned on 21 April did not arrive. A fourth came on 23 April but was then absent for five days. A later worker, the customer says, arrived late and took three days off in the first ten workdays.
The customer acknowledged that emergency leave can happen but criticized the follow-up from relationship managers. They said the repeated changes left them managing the placement process themselves.
