Abhilash Mohan reports three worker no-shows and a partial refund

Abhilash Mohan says three maids or cooks assigned through Broomees failed to show up. He says the company did not refund the full amount and deducted GST even though, in his account, no service was provided.

Mohan also says the fee and terms were not explained before payment despite his questions. He criticized the sales interaction in a comment on Ayush Aggarwal’s LinkedIn post.
