A customer using the handle Uj05 says a weekend elder-care aide arranged for the household in Vasant Kunj, Delhi, attended irregularly, leaving the family to arrange emergency cover. The household had expected a two-day trial before the monthly plan, a named coordinator and written duties.

The requirement and budget were discussed on October 15, 2023. A candidate profile was shared and the first payment recorded on October 20. The customer reported the problem on October 21 and escalated it with supporting records on October 23. Uj05 followed up on November 6.

Uj05 says the billing desk promised to audit the invoice and respond within 48 hours. The customer declined further profiles, and the matter remained unresolved.
