# Cook customer disputes worker skills and replacement limit

An App Store reviewer says three assigned cooks could not meet their needs and disputes how replacements were counted.

THE FULL STORY

App Store reviewer U\_J05 says a worker named Shashi told them on her first day that it was her first time cooking. Two other assigned workers, Saraswati Kumari and Susheela, also could not cook properly, according to the reviewer. U\_J05 says they had to train a worker themselves and disputes Broomees’ later statement that there were no service-related concerns.

The reviewer says they were initially promised unlimited replacements, but the company later counted replacements against a limit and refused further support. U\_J05 says Broomees encouraged a subscription upgrade and had promised a partial refund if the service stopped.

In a developer reply on the App Store, Broomees apologized and invited the reviewer to contact support.
