Siddharth M says an assigned worker for a cook and cleaning service in Noida’s Sector 62 left after the first weekend, and the replacement search had to begin again. The household expected a named coordinator and written confirmation of duties.

The requirement and budget were discussed on November 10, 2020. A profile was shared and an initial payment recorded on November 15. By November 16, Siddharth had reported a mismatch around the planned start. Siddharth escalated the issue on November 18 and cites a written duty list, payment receipt and replacement request.

Siddharth says a relationship manager sent two replacement profiles without confirming availability. The arrangement continued after duties and hours were rewritten. The last check was December 19.
