# House-help customer questions verification timing and worker location

After paying upfront for three months, a Reddit customer says verification was due seven days after the worker started and sought a refund.

THE FULL STORY

Reddit user SassyCactus9 says they paid upfront for three months of house-help service and received no response for three days. Broomees then assigned a worker with only a PDF containing the worker’s name and address, according to the post.

The customer says they had asked for verified workers before deployment but were told a verification report would arrive seven days after the worker started. They also say the address was hours from their home, which did not match their understanding that the worker would be local and verified.

SassyCactus9 says they pursued a refund. They reported delayed email replies and no clear accountability for the assignment.
