In a Reddit comment, u/Rude\_Safety80 says their experience was disappointing within four or five days of subscribing. They say a relationship manager persuaded them to pay and promised an early helper, but they had to follow up to get the search started.

The commenter says a replacement relationship manager focused on terms and conditions without addressing the concern. They asked to cancel and referred to company call recordings that they believed would confirm the timeline.
