The requirement and budget were discussed on November 2, 2021. A profile was shared and an initial payment recorded on November 7. By November 8, Gattani had reported a mismatch around the planned start. Gattani escalated the issue on November 10, citing a written duty list, payment receipt and replacement request.
Gattani says a supervisor asked for a chat export and promised a written response. Both sides later agreed to end the arrangement without a full refund. The last check was December 9.
