Nikita Parasher says a proposed post-operative attendant in Kolkata’s New Town area did not have experience with the care routine described in the candidate profile. The household had expected a written leave and substitution policy, a named coordinator and written confirmation of duties.
The requirement and budget were discussed on May 6, 2023. A profile was shared and an initial payment recorded on May 11. By May 12, Parasher had reported the profile mismatch around the planned start. Parasher escalated the matter on May 14 and cites a booking invoice and WhatsApp export.
Parasher says the company reported removing the worker from its active roster and offered another shortlist. Parasher declined further profiles. At the June 6 check, the issue remained unresolved.
