Mayank Mehta says in a Trustpilot review that a cancellation was requested in writing before Broomees assigned a babysitter. Mehta says the company proceeded with an assignment and then refused a refund, citing a seven-day policy that Mehta believes had not been breached.

Mehta says Broomees proposed applying the payment to another service to which Mehta had already subscribed. Mehta refers to email screenshots supporting the account of the cancellation timeline and describes the handling as mismanagement and a lack of accountability.
