THE FULL STORY

Madhavi says a senior companion assigned to the household in New Town, Kolkata, refused several duties listed in the booking summary. The family had sought someone comfortable with mobility assistance, a named coordinator and written confirmation of the work.

The requirement and budget were discussed on January 1, 2019. A candidate profile was shared and the first payment recorded on January 2. Madhavi reported the problem on January 3, escalated it with supporting records on January 5 and followed up on February 19.

Madhavi says support opened an attendance ticket and requested the duty sheet. The unused portion of the plan was refunded after escalation.

Madhavi cites a written duty list, a payment receipt and a replacement request.
