Himani Malik says the senior companion arranged for the family in Vasant Kunj, Delhi, left after the first weekend, forcing the household to restart its search. The family had wanted someone comfortable assisting with mobility, a named coordinator and duties confirmed in writing.

The requirement and budget were discussed on December 12, 2019. A candidate profile was shared and the first payment recorded on December 17. Malik reported a problem on December 18 and escalated it with supporting records on December 20.

Malik says support opened an attendance ticket and requested a copy of the duty sheet. The family eventually moved to a direct hire.

Malik cites a profile PDF, an onboarding email and two follow-up messages.
