Harsh K Singh says an invoice for senior-companion service in Chennai’s Velachery area rose after the first visit and included a coordination fee not mentioned during the call. The household had expected a two-day trial before the monthly plan, a named coordinator and written duties.

A requirement call and budget discussion took place on June 14, 2019. A candidate profile was shared and an initial payment recorded on June 19. By June 20, Singh had reported a mismatch around the planned start. Singh escalated the issue on June 22, citing a school timetable, chat screenshots and an escalation ticket.

Singh says a supervisor asked for the chat export and promised a written response. Singh declined further profiles, and the matter remained unresolved at the July 4 check.
