In a ConsumerComplaints.in submission, Harsh\_K\_Singh says ₹49 was paid to book a trial and ₹7,291.22 on 1 May 2023 for a three-month minimum cook plan. Singh says Broomees shared a cook profile on 4 May, with service expected to begin on 5 May.

According to Singh, the first cook did not turn up on two subsequent days, and a proposed replacement also refused to come. Singh says no service had been received after four days, the company was unresponsive, and cancellation and a refund were refused. Singh asks for the ₹7,291.22 plan payment and ₹49 trial charge back.
