THE FULL STORY

Aakanksha Jain says in a Trustpilot review that she paid ₹7,291 for a 90-day subscription seeking an experienced all-rounder. She describes several short-lived or unsuitable placements, including helpers who, she says, lacked expected skills or differed from the person she had been led to expect. One replacement left because of a family emergency; Jain distinguishes that circumstance from her complaint about repeated suitability problems.

Jain says support repeatedly told her it was looking for help while the subscription countdown continued. She reports that the app showed 45 days remaining despite her view that she had not received reliable service. She asks for a suitable helper with an extension or a proportionate refund.
